(My best guess is that for some reason, your e-mails have been banished to ye olde Junke Maile folder, and deleted, in an automated fashion...sometimes this happens with Ye Olde Yahoo when the account holder is lazy and hasn't yet added certain addresses to Ye Olde Addresse Booke.
